BEFORE YOU LIST:

As cliché as it sounds, there is not a more valid statement than “You never get a second chance to make a first impression!”. No matter how beautiful your home, it is still your home. When selling, we must make the buyer see it as their home. Remove as many mementos, photos, knickknacks, etc. as possible. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN – We all have different standards of cleanliness, and I can guarantee you that a buyer will expect any home they are viewing to be cleaner than the one they live in! Hiring a professional cleaner will more than pay for itself. Both this depersonalization and cleaning need to be done before listing your home. As your Realtor, the first thing I do is have professional photos taken for MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and multiple other listing sites. Everything must look great to get you the most money possible!!!

Most people cannot keep a house spotless while living in it, we don’t expect that. However, keeping it picked up as much as possible will help greatly. We try to give you as much notice as possible before showing, but last-minute showings do happen. 

LET US SHOW! 

Many of our buyers are from out of the area and have very limited time to look at properties. It’s better to have your property shown, even if it is messy than to miss a potential sale.
