Whether you are looking for your first home, a vacation retreat, a lakefront lot on which to build, or a nightly rental condo, I will make sure you have up-to-the-minute notification of new listings and price changes.
WRITING THE CONTRACT:
I will pull recent comparable sales so you can make an informed offer and will walk you through the contract section by section, answering any questions so you are confident in your offer and the purchasing process.
CONTRACT FOLLOW THRU:
Most people have no idea that most of a Realtor’s job comes after a contract is in place. There are a multitude of dates and times that must be met or amended to keep the contract legal and binding. Paperwork needs to be sent to lenders and title companies; appraisals and inspections must be scheduled and any repairs you request need to be negotiated. This is the “behind the scenes” work that keeps the contract together.
