SELLING YOUR HOME: 

We all have wonderful memories of the family home, farm, or vacation retreat and selling is a stressful life occurrence. My job is to remind you that this is a process and not an event. I will do my utmost to get you the most money, in the least amount of time, and as hassle-free as possible.

PRESENTING THE CONTRACT: 

I will walk you through the contract section by section, answering any questions so you are confident in the offer and the selling process. In the case of multiple offers, I will explain the nuances of each contract so you can choose the best one for your circumstances (it may not be the one for the most money).

CONTRACT FOLLOW THRU: 

Most people have no idea that most of a Realtor’s job comes after a contract is in place. There are a multitude of dates and times that must be met or amended to keep the contract legal and binding. Paperwork needs to be sent to lenders and title companies; appraisals and inspections must be scheduled and any repairs you request need to be negotiated. This is the “behind the scenes” work that keeps the contract together.
